Ever heard of a wine 🍷 finished in whiskey 🥃 barrels? It brings a whole new level to the wine. Not necessarily imparting whiskey flavors into the wine, but allowing the wine to soften much quicker as the whiskey barrels are much coarser and smaller, allowing for more oxygen integration in the last couple months of maturing. A unique technique that was first introduced by @jacobscreekwine in our Double Barrel wine range. Something to definitely check out!
