オーストラリアでは、ジェイコブス・クリークのチーフワインメーカー、ダン・スウィンサーさんともお会いしました。ダンさんとは、ベーシックなジェイコブス・クリークと、新発売の「ジェイコブス・クリーク オーガニック」をテイスティング。それぞれシャルドネとシラーズ・カベルネを飲みました。全部で4種類のワインを飲みましたが、いずれも哲学は1つとおっしゃっていたのが印象的。それは良質なブドウから一貫して高品質のワインを造っているということ。それぞれのブドウの個性を楽しむのがおすすめだそうです。ぜひ皆さんも新発売の「ジェイコブス・クリーク オーガニック」をお楽しみください。
